Co-Pastoring at St. Philip's Division of Committees and Work Responsibilities
Shared Responsibilities Preaching (each approximately 50% of the time) Weddings, Funerals, Baptisms, Teaching, Visiting Planning and Presiding at Worship Board and Executive Committee Vision and Mission of the Congregation Human Resources Staff Supervision - according to the areas in which they have responsibilities as listed above. Note: Youth Director supervises the HangOut employees. Administrator supervises the secretaries and custodians. |
